Making A Purchase
Making a purchase from Vaux All Parts could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, click on the items you wish to buy and put them into your shopping cart. When you have finished picking the parts you require, click onto the Shopping Cart section and click on "Checkout". You will be whisked off to our secure payment area, where you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We trade with both the UK and Worldwide. There is not a country we cannot deliver your parcel too.
We accept credit card payment and use Protx for our Secure Credit Card Processing. We do not record or maintain any credit card information on site.
We accept Visa and MasterCard, Electron, Maestro, Delta, Solo and now American Express.
At Vaux All Parts, we endeavour to keep our stock control correct at all times. However, occasionally due to breakages or short shipments from suppliers, we may find an item ordered is currently not available. We will contact you via email or telephone by the next working day to inform you of such instances and either offer a full refund or the option to back order the item pending new stock arriving.
If, for any reason, you feel more confident, you may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail-mail or email. However please be aware our payment system we have is extremely secure and we have never had one issue with a payment. We also accept payment by cheque or postal orders. However, please be aware this will delay the part reaching you as we allow 4-5 working days from receipt of your cheque to be cleared before shipping out your order.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do decide not to use our secure payment area, please do not proceed to checkout, just call our telesales office with the item numbers, we will process the order manually.
Credit/Debit Card Security
Your Credit/Debit card method of payment is important to us at Vaux All Parts, particularly the protection of information supplied. That is why we use Protx for our secure 128-bit encrypted payment area. We can assure you that no card details are held or maintained at our premises when you shop using our online shopping cart and we never pass these on to third parties.
Shipping And Handling
At Vaux All Parts, we only use the best carriers for the shipment of your orders. We use Royal Mail, 'First Class', 'Recorded Delivery' and 'Special Delivery' services.
We also use many different couriers.
For domestic shipments, within Mainland , we endeavour to ship using 24 Hr. service (Next Working Day.) Please allow a little longer for some areas of Scotland & Scottish Isles.
Our shipping charges are set out within our Order Delivery section above. The charges are calculated on weight of products ordered, plus any packaging material weight and costs.
As stated we offer deliveries to all countries across the world. Please enquire for delivery terms and costs.
Delivery Schedule
Stock items will normally be sent on the next working day but please allow a maximum of three working days during busy times of the year.
Due to availibility of stock and also to keep our prices competitive, some items are not kept on stock here at Vaux All Parts. In such instances, we have arrangements with our suppliers to ship direct to you, the customer. Normal delivery will be the same and items can be expected no later than three to five working days. If we know this will be longer we will let you know at the time of ordering.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order this for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Guarantee
All items are supplied with a minimum 90 days replacement or money back guarantee.
Most items listed come with a 12 month replacement guarantee.
We guarantee our parts to the best of our knowledge are fully workable and without fault. However in some cases this will not be the case and we will offer a full refund or replacement part should this be the case.
Cancellation Rights
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you are given the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within seven days of placing the order. The cancellation period in the case of contracts for the supply of goods begins with the day on which the contract is concluded.
The cancellation period ends on the expiry of seven working days. Should you exercise this right to cancel you must return the goods unopened and at your cost. Upon receipt of returned items, you will receive a refund less the original delivery costs and excluding any costs incurred in returning them. Any returns will be credited within five working days to the Credit/Debit card which made the initial payment.
Orders Not Accepted
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
- The identification of a pricing or product description error.
In all instances we will keep you informed of the situation and communicate any problems with regard to the order within the next working day if possible.
Returns Policy
Should an item supplied be found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt, please contact our customer care team, who will arrange a replacement item or a full purchase price refund.
