Making A Purchase
Making a purchase from Vaux All Parts could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, click on the items you wish to buy and put them into your shopping cart. When you have finished your selections, whilst in the Shopping Cart, click on "Checkout" and you will be whisked off to our secure area, where you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
(If you are an existing customer who has registered with Vaux All Parts, please don't forget to Login before making your way to the checkout. This way you have the opportunity to use your Bonus Points to make your purchase. Also, to save time, your customer details are filled for you).
If you are not a registered user, now is the time to register.
You will then have the option of accumulating Bonus Points, also you will be offered regular mailings of our popular Newsletter.
We accept credit card payment and use Protx for our Secure Credit Card Processing. We do not record or maintain any credit card information on site.
PLEASE NOTE: We currently only trade within the UK. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause to our World-Wide visitors.
We accept Visa and MasterCard, Electron, Maestro, Delta, Solo and now American Express.
At Vaux All Parts, we endeavour to keep our stock control correct at all times. However, occasionally due to breakages, or short shipments from suppliers, we may find an item ordered is currently not available. We will contact you via email or telephone by the next working day, to inform you of such instances and either offer, a full refund or the option to back-order the item pending new stock arriving.
If, for any reason, you feel more confident, you may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail-mail or over the Internet. We will also accept payment by cheque or postal orders. However, please allow 4-5 working days from receipt of your cheque by Vaux All Parts, before your order is shipped.
If you do decide not to use our secure payment area, please do not proceed to checkout, just call our telesales office with the item numbers, we will process the order manually.
Credit/Debit Card Security
Your Credit/Debit card method of payment, is important to us at Vaux All Parts, particularly the protection of information supplied. That is why we use Protx for our secure 128-bit encrypted payment area. We can assure you that, no card details are held or maintained at our premises, when you shop using our online shopping cart.
Shipping And Handling
At Vaux All Parts, we only use the best carriers for the shipment of your orders. We use Royal Mail, 'First Class', 'Recorded Delivery' and 'Special Delivery' services.
We also use, ParcelForce and UPS.
For domestic shipments, within Mainland , we endeavour to ship using 24 Hr. service, (Next Working Day.) Please allow a little longer for some areas of Scotland & Islands.
Our shipping charges are set out within our Order Delivery section above. The charges are calculated on, weight of products ordered, plus any packaging material weights and costs.
International Customers:
We currently only trade within the UK. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause to our World-Wide visitors.
Delivery Schedule
Stock items, we will normally send within 3 working days. Due to stocking availability and also to keep our prices competitive, some items are not kept on stock by Vaux All Parts. In such instances, we have arrangements with our suppliers to ship direct to you, our customer. Normal delivery, will be the same and items can be expected no later than 3 working days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Guarantee
At Vaux All Parts we guarantee your satisfaction.
All items are supplied with a minimum 90 days replacement or money back guarantee. Most items listed come with a 12 month replacement guarantee.

Cancellation Rights
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you are given the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 7 days of placing the order. The cancellation period in the case of contracts for the supply of goods begins with the day on which the contract is concluded.
The cancellation period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods. Should you exercise this right to cancel you must return the goods unopened and at your cost. Upon receipt of returned items, you will receive a refund less the original delivery costs and excluding any costs incurred in returning them. Any returns will be credited within 7 working days to the Credit/Debit card which made the initial payment.
Orders Not Accepted.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
- The identification of a pricing or product description error.
In all instance, we will keep you informed of the situation and communicate any problems with regard to the order within 3 working days.
Returns Policy
Should an item supplied be found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt, please contact our customer care team, who will arrange a replacement item or a full purchase price refund.
