At Vaux All Parts, we only use the best carriers for your delivery. We use, Royal Mail, Parcelforce WorldWide & UPS. Our delivery charges are based upon weight of goods plus any packing materials. Delivery Criteria:
- All items in stock, ordered before our delivery 'Cut-Off' of 3.00pm will be shipped the same working day. (Normal working days, Mon-Fri)
- All items below 2.0Kg, will be shipped via Royal Mail. The only exception to this, is items with a total packaging size exceeding 3 cubic feet. Such items may carry a shipping surcharge and may be shipped via our alternative carriers. (Please see note below.)
- All items shipped, will require a 'Proof of Receipt' signature upon delivery. Our carriers invariably, will leave a card to inform an attempt to deliver with no success. However, you may be required to collect a non-delivered item from our carriers' local depot. Vaux All Parts, will not accept any charges for re-delivery of orders.
Please note: Certain high value,heavy or over-size items may carry a shipping surcharge. Please check your delivery details at 'Check-out' before progressing.
BONUS POINTS EXPLAINED:
At Vaux All Parts, we believe our customers deserve feedback for their loyalty in purchasing. We have therefore set-up a Registered Customer, Bonus Points scheme. Now, when you purchase items available in our store, your customer account will be rewarded with bonus points. These can then be spent either in full or part payment for future items purchased from us.
Bonus Points are valued at, £1.00 per 100 points.
They can be spent on any purchase at the checkout, in any multiples. So, as an example,(see below), if you were to purchase an item at a total invoice value of £8.45 and your customer account currently had 70 Bonus Points available, your final billing amount, if you were to use 50 of these points would be, £7.95.
But remember, to take advantage of this Bonus scheme, you have to be a registered customer with Vaux All Parts.
