Q. Are you a recommended supplier of Vauxhall parts?

A. No. Vaux All Parts is an independent specialist supplier of Vauxhall parts. We are not franchised and have no connection with Vauxhall Motors or any of their dealers.

 


 Q. Are all of the items you sell genuine Vauxhall parts?

A. No. The majority of our stock is from OE suppliers, for example, Bosch and Siemens. However we do also supply some GM packed parts and high quality aftermarket parts.

 


 

 

Q. What guarantee do I get with the item(s) I have purchased?

A. All items supplied by Vaux All Parts are supplied with a replacement or money back guarantee if they are found to be faulty or broken upon receipt. Every item supplied is also covered by a manufacturers guarantee.

Q. Are all of the items supplied by Vaux All Parts new?  

A. Yes. We do not supply used/second hand parts. All items supplied by Vaux All Parts are new and have never been fitted to a vehicle.


Q. What are your opening hours?

A. As an online shop, our trading opening hours are 24 hours, 7 days a week. However, if you need to contact us, we will generally respond to emails within the hour of a normal working day.

 


 Q. I am outside of the UK, can I still place an order with Vaux All Parts?

A. Yes but we advise you to do this over the phone rather than through the online checkout as we will need to discuss and finalise delivery costs.

 


 

 

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

A. Our online shop accepts all major credit and debit cards. This is built around a secure server and is 128 bit encrypted. For your security and confidence, we use only the best suppliers of this service, Streamline & Protx. Using this method, we never see your payment details, we only receive an email informing us you have made a purchase and where to ship your order.  

We do however accept other methods of payment.
  

·        You can send us a cheque to Vaux All Parts.

o       Please allow 4-5 working days for your funds to clear.


·        You can pay us by BACS transfer.

o       Please contact us for our bank account details. 
 

IMPORTANT: If you do decide to use any of the alternative methods of payment, please contact us during normal business hours, before placing your order and please be aware there may be delays in shipping your part.

 


 

Q. Do I have to register with VAUX ALL PARTS to make a product
purchase?

A. No. Just click on the products you wish to purchase, hit the  button, confirm the items in your Shopping Cart and click to go to the Checkout. Here you will be asked a few painless questions and the purchase is complete.
